Q: How are shipping costs determined?
A: All our products are free shipping, you don’t need to pay for shipping.

Q: Does the price of the product include tax?
A: Our product prices are tax-inclusive.

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: Currently we can ship to the UK, Germany, US and Canada.

Q: Where will my product be shipped from?
A: German buyers will ship products from Leichlingen, British buyers will ship from Bath, US buyers will ship from CORONA and Canadian buyers will ship products from Toronto.

Q: What is the total delivery time for my order?
A: The delivery time for your order is determined by two factors:  Processing and Shipping.
Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping, We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping begins when the item leaves the warehouse to the delivery destination, usually completed within 1 – 5 business days.

Q: How do l check the status of my order?
A: After any order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. After the order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information. This information is also available through your online Account Information under Order History.

Q: What time period will the delivery be?
A: Delivery is normally only Monday – Friday during business hours. Signature is required upon delivery.
If the appointment is missed or you are late for the appointment, the carrier will charge a fee for re-delivery or a late charge if they have to wait to deliver the order.
This is a curbside delivery, Drivers do not assist with unpacking, setup, or delivery in to your home.

Q: What should I do if the product is damaged during shipping?
A: You may refuse the order if it appears heavily damaged, please take photos of the damage before the driver leaves in order to expedite the refund / replacement process.
